Cars and Country Stars Event Protocol

General

Cars and Country Stars is a rain or shine event no rain checks.

All persons must have event wristband

Seating is not provided, bringing your own lawn chairs is recommended

Smoking is permitted, please ensure all smoking materials are properly extinguished.

Camping

Camping Unit “Wristband must be openly displayed on camping unit

Cars and Country Stars is not an ideal weekend for your pets, and they may be happier at home. If you do choose to bring your pet, they must remain at your campsite and be controlled.

Please keep your campsite clean and pick up all garbage when leaving

A Camp site pass is required for each camping unit (Motorhome/Trailer/Tent)

BBQ’s are permitted, Open Fires and Fireworks are not permitted

Stage Area

Bring your own refreshments

No glass containers in in stage and midway area

Please use all provided garbage receptacles
